The Federal Circle offers senior advisory services to selected companies working in the federal contracting space. It’s core team and network of advisers have a deep understanding of government contracting. They represent a rich resource for companies trying to generate traction in these very competitive markets. Our core team is comprised of highly experienced and well connected individuals. We are always on the lookout for people who will compliment our model and can operate at the same high level.

	The Federal Circle is made up of highly experienced and very well connected professionals. We operate within the context of a richly resourced advisory and highly focused team. We are always on the lookout for two types of people – potential senior members of the team and associates who wish to grow through association with The Federal Circle.
Senior Team Members	Associates
A Senior Team Member must have at least two decades of high-level experience in the federal contracting or government space. Preference is given to professionals who have worked within and managed large operations as well as those who have experience in transacting companies. Senior Team Members are required to generate and manage a large and growing business base as well as manage and mentor a number of associates. An Associate must have at least ten years of high-level experience within the federal contracting or government space. Preference is given to those professionals who have worked with front-line integrators or have successfully built and managed large companies.
